Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using HiRoaming services. By using our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms listed below.

1. General Terms
- By accessing and using HiRoaming services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- HiRoaming reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Users must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian to use this service.
- HiRoaming services are available for personal and non-commercial use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. eSIM Services
- eSIMs purchased through HiRoaming are for mobile data usage in the countries/regions specified in the package.
- Each eSIM has a validity period that begins from the first connection to the network in the destination country.
- Unused data quota cannot be refunded, transferred, or converted to cash after the validity period expires.
- Connection speed depends on local carrier network availability and may vary based on location.
- HiRoaming is not responsible for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control.
3. Device Compatibility
- Users are responsible for ensuring their device supports eSIM technology before making a purchase.
- Not all devices support eSIM. Please check our Device Compatibility page before purchasing.
- Devices must be unlocked from carriers to use HiRoaming eSIM.
- HiRoaming is not responsible if the eSIM cannot be activated due to device incompatibility.
4. Purchase and Payment
- All displayed prices are final and in the selected currency (USD or IDR).
- Payment can be made through available methods, including credit/debit cards and cryptocurrency.
- After successful payment, the eSIM will be sent to the registered email or can be accessed through your HiRoaming account.
- Users must ensure the email address entered is correct. HiRoaming is not responsible for eSIMs not delivered due to incorrect email addresses.
- For anonymous purchases, users must save the Order ID as the only proof of purchase.
5. Refund Policy
- eSIMs that have been activated (connected to the network) cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Refunds can only be made for eSIMs that have not been activated by submitting a request within 7 days of purchase.
- The refund process takes 5-14 business days depending on the payment method used.
- HiRoaming reserves the right to reject refund requests if there are indications of abuse or violation of Terms and Conditions.
- Administrative fees may apply for certain refund processes.
6. Prohibited Use
- Users are prohibited from using HiRoaming services for illegal activities or activities that violate the law.
- Redistribution, resale, or sharing eSIM access with third parties without permission is prohibited.
- Actions that may damage, disrupt, or burden HiRoaming infrastructure are prohibited.
- HiRoaming reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if violations of these terms are found.
7. Privacy and Data
- HiRoaming collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Collected data is used to process orders, improve services, and for communication purposes.
- HiRoaming will not sell or share user personal data with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
- Users have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data.
8. Limitation of Liability
- HiRoaming services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
- HiRoaming is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services.
- HiRoaming's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service in question.
- HiRoaming is not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or other damages resulting from the use of services.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
- Any disputes arising will be resolved through deliberation. If no agreement is reached, it will be resolved through the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI).
- Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indonesia.
